Our Story

Fork & Greens is the plant-based concept of J Craig from Northern Kentucky who wanted to bring a new flavorful twist to the food truck scene with a passion for fresh quality vegan food.

After creating the idea and seeking to bring a more healthier option of eating on-the-go to the communities of Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, Fork & Greens was launched at the beginning of 2019. The name comes from a plant-based pun on the old American iconic food item, “Pork & Beans”.

Due to the success of the food truck opening, Fork & Greens will be opening their first brick and mortar restaurant inside the “Covington Yard” entertainment complex in March of 2020.

Featuring healthy and flavor-packed create-your-own bowls mixed with organic toppings and house-made sauces, great tasting burgers made from the plant-based Beyond Meat® patty, tacos that pack in the flavors your taste buds desire, and also Beyond Meat’s Beyond Beef®, Fork & Greens creates a quick on-the-go meal made 100% from plants that anyone can enjoy.

We strive to sensibly source our ingredients, use only compostable serving products and provide our communities with a much healthier option. We want to show you that eating more plants is more than just choosing a healthier option, but it’s about fulfilling your craves and enjoying what your taste buds are telling you.
